  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

  • During sale events or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Within Pakistan

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

  • Express Delivery: Additional charges apply.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR [ 2000 to 5,00000].


3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Shipping charges vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available within Pakistan only.

  • For international orders, prepayment is required.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount available at the time of delivery.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your package on our courier partner’s website.


6. Delivery Timeframes

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
